Our company is guided by the Local Customers Affairs Act on exchanges, returns and refunds policy. As such, all purchases can be returned for refund or exchanged within 2 to 7 days of purchase. For an exchange, customers would need to produce the receipt with the undamaged, unused product and choose an item of the same value or less. For a return item, the customer would follow the same, however there will be a 10% restocking fee to be covered by the customer.
